  2. hi all I see a lot of people are asking for advice about depression,panic attacks etc.a lot of people are looking for a magic cure,drink special teas,mix galic,ginger,Turmic and so on.drink this while standing on ur head lol.iv had all this depression and stuff in the past.BEST results are don't drink or smoke have a fresh diet no process foods and number one e excersice.doesn't have to be running miles or the gym just clean the house not joking it works.pot about in the garden just lite exercise works fine.try to change diet and go for walks everyday u will see the change honest.sorry no magic poison.

  3. Panic attacks, anxiety, depression = that's GOD telling you to turn to HIM because you don't have much time left – the 7 year Tribulation is right around the corner. If you miss the rapture you are doomed. Please accept JESUS CHRIST as your personal Lord and Savior who paid on the cross for your sins and came back to life on the 3rd day!!! We have to come to the cross as broken sinners.
    Yoga is a pagan practice that you should stay away from.
