I am grateful to Leslie Sansone for introducing this gentle and enjoyable walking pathway back to health and strength. 9 years later and I am still walking it! The 5 mile walk equals 8 kilometers!   11. Anyone know what this is from? This is the third time I do these two videos in the past 5 days. This is PERFECT for me, by the end of the second video I am dripping sweat! I love the reminders about making sure your core is strong. I did this workout in front of a mirror today so I could keep checking my alignment.   12. Leslie's videos have done wonders for my arthritic bones. I never thought I could do this kind of walking routine. I'm 62, lived a very sedentary life, have a muscular condition that makes me very weak but have been able to handle these walks and I'm noticing the benefits. I'm 3 months in and feel stronger as the days go by. I do my walking at least 3 to 4 times a week, Its a gentle way of getting health benefits we all need and you can lose weight too , Thank you Leslie 🙂

  13. Leslie's walks are the best! So easy to get back into the swing of moving again. A great, easy way to get circulation going and to just get moving! It hardly feels like an exercise to start out because it's so easy! I love it!! A no-excuse way to exercise in the cold, rain, snow… whatever! You need to try at least one of her walks and see! Happy moving!!

  14. Just finished walking Part 1: Start Quick and Easy and Walking Part 2: Burn Fat and Back It Down. These were PERFECT for me as I have been only lightly active for several months. Did not feel intense, but I worked up a nice glow and a little sweat. i loved this 2 mile workout. I looked for it on Amazon, because I am afraid it will disappear from You Tube. But, I was unable to find it.
    Does anyone know of its availability? Leslie, thank you so much for getting this senior citizen back on her feet and feeling great. I used your five mile fat burning dvd to get started with exercise 5 years ago, then went on to other fitness regimes. I appreciate your commitment to making people fit–You are terrific!
