The 6 Minute Muscle Building Meal Plan – Healthy Dinners

One thing that drives me up a wall are the so called experts out there telling you to be scared of carbs and that the only way you’ll be able to lose weight and build muscle is to starve yourself all day. This is simply not true. I’m going to show you how you can actually eat lots of the right kinds of food to build muscle fast and how it’s actually necessary for your body to burn fat and get lean.

With the AthLEAN-X 90 day X-Factor Muscle building meal plans, you are now able to start eating again…and enjoying your food like you used to (when you weren’t on a diet!) Let me show you exactly how me and my top professional athlete clients eat for muscle gain and a fast metabolism.

Former physical therapist and strength coach for the New York Mets, Celebrity fitness trainer and Men’s Fitness magazine writer Jeff Cavaliere shows you how to eat for muscle gain and fat loss by taking you through a 6 minute meal that anybody (even those with limited kitchen skills) can make. 1. hey man I just want to no if can still go to the gym I get in at work at 5 and live at 1 am Friday & Saturday I get out at 4 am is it useless me going to the gym or no please help

  2. What about puree soups? I find that premaking soups for the week is the cheapest and easiest. I used to have a hard time losing weight, since the servings kept clumping, chunking, clotting, congesting. You can put anything in the damn soup. I also find that I sweat better in workouts and cardio, since the soup is already broken down. The digestion rate is rapid with soup, does not cause ulceration or cramping, and the absorption is very quick. It also warms the body, for sometimes people mistake hunger for cold internal feeling.

  3. I have noticed and really to understand why such a big plate of food. My intake is about 3 to 4000 good calories I'm trying to really cut but more importantly make my waste smaller by eating more often with smaller portions. I think this is something a lot of people are confused about. FYI, I'm 40 5,11 and 185. I have Jeff's build but with a wider middle. Can you do a segment on Shrinking the stomach?
Your videos really rock. Your the best.

  4. You know I watch all your videos and for 7 year straight you talk about sweet potatoes and it's also my favorite I love that the more I work out the more I like sweet potatoes
