  1. This is TOTAL BS! A vegan diet is not restrictive at all, you can still get all the nutrients and eat the same foods people love to eat, but without the cruelty, exploitation, mutilation, rape and murder of innocent beings. There is a wide range of cruelty free options out there now.

  2. This woman is tallking utter crap. The vegan diet is not restrictive at all. The only time I have ever felt restricted is when eating out at an establishment and finding that it doesn't cater for vegans. Thankfully this is rare these days as the hospitality industry is catching on to the demand. Since going vegan I have been more adventurous with food and actually crave fruit and veg now instead of craving junk food. I'm healthier then I ever have been. Rubbish like this can discourage people from making the leap to veganism.Very irresponsible.

  3. I'd consider this but I don't believe it's healthy (I've never seen a masculine looking male vegan who seems to have healthy testosterone levels), and I have opposite political views to pretty much all vegans.

  4. Watch James Cameroon's "Game Changers documentary". You don't need to kill animals for your nutrition. Do not forget that non-animal products are the main source of taste (spices, sugar, salt, etc). The texture of the animal flesh is the only unique property that it brings to the table along with blood and fats. Again, you can derive all nutrients from plant products. The strongest animals are herbivores.

  5. Let me give you a good reason NOT to be vegan.
    Just reduce your calories, aka sugars n fats.

    The Indian Hindu's are the oldest vegan society in the world.

    They balanced their vegan diets perfectly with spices and curries for thousands of years. Guess what happened to them? By 1526, they were conquered by the Mughal empire. Their culture was almost driven to the brink of extinction. The Hindu emperor had to hide in the Himalayan mountains. Their people subjugated n forced to adopt a different religion/culture.

    If it wasn't for the British who intervened n fought of the terrorist Mughals, Hindu culture would be extinct today.

    Still wanna be vegan? I ask you……. What kind of soldiers will your race produce? WEAK and FOOLISH.

    I'm Buddhist.. but I'll never stay off meat. it's a dark world we live in.

    Ladies.. eat your meat. You bleed, you need the nutrition. Don't produce weak children n soldiers. Preserve your race and culture. It has value.

  6. Here’s the problem when I get on a diet the longer I restrict myself from food that I love it starts becoming like a drug. I’ll get to the point that I will want to eat the linoleum off the floor. I mean it gets that bad. I get so hungry I start craving foods that I don’t normally eat. I could easily lose weight if I could control my cravings and control my hunger. That’s the problem and when I try to use stimulants they just make my heart race and give me anxiety. The only way I’ve ever been able to lose weight was eating straight tuna fish and green beans out of a can and drink water. And I would eat maybe one slice of pizza at night just to kind of smooth the craving and I will have one cheat day on Saturday that I could have one meal I want. But even after five or six months it started getting to the point that I was eating Sometimes one and two meals back to back because I was craving so much food. I wish I could understand what makes our bodies crave food when we do without

  7. I don’t know if I could do straight vegetables with no meet at all because I would be as skinny as a rail. You have to have some meat and your diet to tighten your skin when you lose weight.
