  2. I totally do something like this except my schedule is different on training days Monday Wednesday Friday I have high carbs. Tuesday I have an off day from the gym and don't do anything except walking to classes and I fast all day until Wednesday then Thursday Saturday and Sunday I do a ketogenic high fat low carb only veggies and moderate protein with an hour walk in the am and hour walk at night. Do you think this can work ????

  3. Hey Elliot – I've done the whole low carb, low fat and high protein diet – and your right, it work to a certain degree. But to get rid of the last stubborn bit of fat around the waist and abs is tough. Hopefully your diet will hit these areas so Im gonna give it ago. Im just waiting on my new order of amino acids to arrive. But before I give your diet a go, there is one issue I wanted you to cover – how much protein, fat, and carbs can I take on each day? Also, can I have like a piece of fruit or something small on the fasting day? Thanks again bro.
