  2. I started this particular sequence about 4 years ago and haven't done it for about a year and half (been following this particular video everyday for over a month now). I kept pushing myself though to do atleast 3 sessions and I feel much stronger. The only downside is that I've noticed my wrists are pretty sore towards the middle of the third session.

  3. I've come back to this routine every month or so, and have been doing this for around two years since I first started watching Sadie's videos.   4. Love your videos Sadie. I do them about once a week, because I spend most of my time doing martial arts. The other workouts I do are pretty intense, so this is more so to keep my body healthy and relieve stiffness.
    However, I have struggled to lose weight since becoming a mom. I am 5'7" and I weigh just over 156. I seem to be stuck here. I've been trying to determine if I perhaps need to go back to a vegetarian diet (or at least a more similar diet as to what I had back when I was a vegetarian), or maybe if I did these exercises more frequently, that may help me lose weight?
    How often would you recommend I do this?
    And do you have any suggestions for my diet?

    It definitely has not been as easy as it was back before I had a kid.

  11. Sadie, Ive been coming back to this video on and off for five years now! First, trying to de-stress while going through fertility issues, then to loose the post pregnancy weight. After that, as an after work relaxation, now again im back 9 months post 2nd pregnancy. Even as the pace in my life changes, this workout always manages to bring me back down and shift some kgs!
