If you actually did this elliptical workout instead of just watching this elliptical workout as if it was as TV show then you’ll realize that all you’re doing in this short 10 minute workout is going all out for 10 seconds followed by you resting completely for 10 seconds.

Now if you want to you can extend this elliptical workout way past 10 minutes and do up to a 40 minute workout either by doing the elliptical video back-to-back 2-to-4 times or you can simply setup your own timer system to let you know when to take breaks.

It should also go without saying that doing this elliptical workout alone will not help you lose weight so as you should already know you will also need to add a diet plan along with this elliptical work out or any workout to get the best weight loss results possible in the shortest amount of time.

Whatever diet you go on with this elliptical workout should be a diet that of course helps you eat less but whatever diet or gimmick you are on I recommend you only eat 1200-to-2000 calories per day as outlined in my basic diet here http://www.nowloss.com/nowloss-diet.htm where you can eat what you want whenever you want or my diet plan here where you can lose weight without counting calories but that diet is more restrictive: http://www.nowloss.com/best-way-to-lose-weight-fast.htm

You only need to do this elliptical workout 1-to-2 rimes per day 3-to-4 days per week for 10-to-40 minutes at a time and if you feel you can do more than that then you need to really examine to see if you are really working hard enough (with enough intensity) to burn fat all over your body because if not…

Then you’re just basically doing a normal cardio workout on your elliptical that only burns calories during the workout and not afterwards 24 hours a day 7 days a week as if you actually did a real intense workout

If you must know the elliptical that I’m using in the video is an old elliptical made by precor that was made in the late 90’s or around 20002 but I’m not saying that to make you get a precor because any type of elliptical or cardio piece of equipment is good for fast weight loss.

  1. Hey Adrian. Thanks for this video. I've done it several times now and intend to keep using it. It's great. I wonder however, if you're able to redo the voiceover, to reinforce with positive statements rather than negative statements.

    So instead of saying thing like 'dont quit' or ' I know you want to get off but don't get off' can you rather say things like 'stay on, keep going'.?

    This other video of yours is better (https://youtu.be/qbk0QAzw0Qc) with regards to positive word use so that one is more inspiring. As the brain hears negative words easier than it does positive words, all I hear through this video is 'quit quit quit' and 'get off get off get off'.

    I would still continue to use this video, but if you happen to have a spare half an hour to redo the voice over, they're be awesome.

  3. Wow I have been trying to get fit the past month now I found this video yesterday and could not get through it I stopped twice because I couldnt breathe [asthma]…. Today [just now] completed it and Im so tempted to attempt round 2!!

  5. Please one video like the 12 min bike beginners with the running πŸƒ 🐻 and other stories – but without 🎢 – and with the 40 seconds at the end
    so we can listen to our own music (the repetitive one on this video is tough πŸ˜‰)

  6. Okay I did this workout for the very first time and almost fainted and felt like puking after 5min. I feel so discouraged I couldn’t keep up and do the full 10min 😭😭. Any Advice?!?!
