  3. @spackhollogay You can get lean on a low carb diet if you're willing to torture your body. It's not healthy. There's more to health than a six pack. Infact you can lose weight on any diet if you exercise enough and dont consume too many calories

  4. @harjpannu Ah. Yeah just eat all the fresh fruit and vegetables you want :). Beans aren't good raw in my experience. Not even sprouted or with spices. Grains aren't much better. Have a few nuts and seeds.

  5. Actually, 2 professional footbal teams in Norway has a low-carb lifestyle in training periods. BUT, they allways load up on carb before a match. That way they get the best of both worlds, great at utilizing fat while still having lots of energy from carbs.

  6. @SpiritusAnimalus I lloked up Usain Bolt, (I'm also curious about paleo claims) Usain eats 30% carbs which isn't small potatoes(he's a big yam eater :)). That 30% can really add up if he eats alot of total calories.

    The other thing I found is: he reduced the Chicken McNuggets on the advice of his coach.

    So idk if he's a good example of low-carb

  7. Harley, I love your videos, especially these ones demolishing the paleo trolls who camp out on your page, but I'm reaching a point where I can no longer deal with their stupidity and ignorance. There was a time when people would argue for behaviours which were obviously dangerous(cigarette smoking, alcohol abuse) but never did I imagine I'd live to see a segment of the human population who would actually argue for MORE saturated fat and cholesterol in ones diet. What….The fuck!!!! Ayudame!

  8. Oh hey! Have you heard the talk about – fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my auntie got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  9. @durianriders what research do you have that proves steroids are bad even in excessive amounts? also can you stop naming your videos to mislead people into thinking they are going to view a video on paleo. thanks have a good day.

  10. He had an excess amount of body mass the body did not need to function at any level. Dr. Atkins was struggling to survive. Heavy protein o heavy fats or heavy oils bog the body down. Science DOES know that! Many natural hygiene teachers died in miserable condition. They did NOT do the 80-10-10. They cheated. They did other things against nature. They drank alcohol. They used drugs. Some were whoremongers. So what! What are you doing to take care of your only body. Try this way. Then THRIVE!

  14. People goes too many times from the end to the other end. I just can't understand people who are like this childish. Atkins did cut everything too much. And if you don't eat too much carbs, then you should eat more proteins 'cause human body can make carbs from proteins when needed. I don't want say anything else 'cause it seems that you have already made your mind about this carb thing.

  16. Paleo is not necessarily low carb. 3 out of 4 of the Paleo food groups are Carbohydrates, i.e. fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Pale is not the all meat diet that you promote it to be.

  20. Cool idea, I actually lost weight using this method. I've lost the highest amount of body weight with the Cosmo Clean Diet though. It's rather excellent. I've met about 4 individuals that have shed A LOT of body weight with it.

  22. From a longevity perspective, the research shows that if you are diabetic or have heart disease,
    then it is better to have some belly fat or be overweight.
    This is called the Obesity paradox. Also those who live longest are in fact overweight.
