  1. Brighteyes1ful: gluten free foods are not the answer because they still have lots of glutens in them. They say they are gluten free if the wheat gluten is absent, but ither glutens are in rice, corn and other grains. Learn more on glutenology you tube page. Dr. Peter Osborne shares tons of free information. I just found his page 2 days ago, and I'm learning so much! Cooking from scratch is a lot of work, but the healthy rewards are worth it!
