  3. Ist es effectiv wenn ich, bevor ich dieses Video anschau mich ein bisschen aufwÀrme, so 20 minuten ungefÀhr und dann diese Übungen mache, also weitere 10 Minuten? Oder sollte ich die Übungen aus diesem Video irgendwie zweimal machen?
