Living raw is not about eating a “diet,” it’s about living a healthy LIFESTYLE. It’s about thriving, allowing your foods to nourish your body and send your soul soaring! There are many ways to eat a raw foods diet. Ironically, some of these ways are not healthy at all. Eating FullyRaw focuses on thriving via a low fat raw vegan lifestyle (80/10/10), which emphasizes consuming more fruits and greens than gourmet prepared dishes with nuts or seeds. My diet consists primarily of fruits and greens, which are the most nutrient dense foods. These foods have brought me absolute health, and I want to share my healthy lifestyle with you!

10 Easy Steps to Start Eating a Raw Food Diet:

1. Stock up on Fruits! (Throw out ALL junk and make SURE that you have enough in your house to last you at least a week!)
2. Make your first meal of the day a juice or smoothie. (32-64 oz) Try my Holy Grale, V8 Juice, or Orange Spinach Basil Smoothie! YUM!
3. Make your second meal a huge platter of fruit! Eat all the fruit that you care for and preferably mono-meal. This is the easiest on digestion. Examples of a fruit meal are bananas (7-15), oranges (10-15), pears (8-10), grapes (whole 2 lb bag), apples (7-10), persimmons (10), etc. Gravitate towards sweeter fruits because these have a higher calorie ratio per unit of volume. If you are worried about not being able to eat as much as you need, remember that your stomach is a muscle and that it can expand AND contract when “exercised” properly. Yes, you can eat more expensive fruits (berries, cherries, etc)– it’s personal and monetary preference!
4. For your dinner, eat a small plate of fruit and a large salad! Start with juicy fruits like citrus (5-6 pieces) and end with a GIANT Rainbow Salad. Consume about 1-2 heads of leafy greens if you can. Try my Epic Raw Marinara as a dressing and add whatever veggie toppings you want! Make it colorful and filled with life!

6. Exercise! Get at least 20 minutes to an hour a day at least!
7. Find a community with whom you can share this blessing! Join a co-op like http://www.rawfullyorganic.com or find a potluck near your via meetup sites like www.meetup.com.   1. I have subscribed to your channel for a long time. And through out that I have watched you grow and spreed love and so much positivity! And I am 13 right now but before u knew you I went vegetarian for about a year and vegan for about 2 years and just recently me and my wonderful cousin wanted to go raw vegan for a week. But I was worried about enough nutrients because I am 13 and still trying to come to gain weight because I was born in Nepal/Asia and we were like a really poor family right now I donโ€™t have enough nutrients and right now Iโ€™m American I do have enough nutrients but like you know stood still kind of trying to gain fat healthy fats muscles are getting stronger lean fit! Because I love my body and I wanna take care of my body! So me and my cousin went fully raw vegan for a week (the video is on my YouTube channel) when it was such an amazing experience for me and even after that week ended I felt so clean nice energetic beautiful my skin cleared up so much even though it was already pretty clear I did have some pimples before tho! And you have inspired me to take a step in my life that I was afraid to and I have always wanted to and you told me there are ways to get you full and nutrients and be strong ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป while on a raw vegan diet and itโ€™s only been 15 or 16th day of raw vegan im already so happy with the benefits and decision I made and I have inspired my other cousins to do it too and try it out! And I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me out in my spiritual journey and helping me get out of my shell that I was afraid of about losing weight and not having enough to eat and everything that is going to go wrong to! To being even stronger and fit and Inspiring me and all your subscribers that there is other ways and even a Raw vegan lifestyle you can still have enough benefits in your body! I want to start this because since Iโ€™ve started working full time I want to eat so much healthier than I do now, and I want to replenish the nutrients and vitamins and things that Iโ€™m loosing from working so hard Iโ€™m losing weight and I want to fuel my body the right way with fruits and veggies!!!

How many apples are too much… I had 3 already today… I started eating crab apples from the local trees in the neighborhood and it turned into a full blown Steve Jobs apple habit they see me coming everyday buying apples lol I didn't do it for the vegan reasons… I did it when I found a lump on my testicle and in my face and neck… And wanted to give myself a best fighting chance as possible if for some reason I was given a diagnosis In the future… I don't know if it has helped me.. Because I'm still feeling sick and going through the hassle of the Canadian healthcare system which is very slow… Free… But slow.. The same results in America with the proper insurance can be obtained in a week and I'm going through the motions of referrals to get an ultrasound and then wait 2 months for the results.. I think I got ahead of the curve with ears nose and throat doctor next week ..but I grew a beard that hides the lump underneath my jaw bone and the lumps in my throat and neck but they can easily be felt.. Not your typical vegan story… But I definitely have noticed a difference in mood… We don't realize how being bound up can effect our day.. Just being able to get rid of the crap you shouldn't have in you in the first place is half the battle… I really don't know anything about Vegan diet.. I just know what I did this summer to try and save my life and found whatever way I could even if it meant eating crab apples from the local trees.. An apple is an apple to me.. I imagine that there might be a difference between species but the nutrients are definitely there

  4. I am a Vata body type who lives in a cold climate and years on an all raw vegan diet made me very ill. Ayurveda teaches that there is no one diet that is right for every body. A raw diet caused me to lose too much weight, become weak and anemic, feel cold and spaced out, and have many terrible digestive issues due to loss of digestive fire. My body seems to need mostly cooked foods to be healthy and I worry that others may become ill if a raw diet is presented as good for everyone.

  6. This diet has changed my life, Kristina, if you ever see this message I want to thank you for introducing me to this life changing lifestyle. I was 18 eating fast food almost every single day, I was sick and tired of feeling bad about myself even though I wasnโ€™t obese or overweight. I started from scratch, it was so dramatic, I shaved my head threw away all my clothes and started building myself up, I went to Whole Foods and I stocked up on fruits, veggies, and nuts. I threw away everything in my pantry. The first couple of weeks were hard, but I managed to cleanse my body by drinking juices. It has been 9 months since I started and Iโ€™ve never felt so good about myself, I feel like Iโ€™m in my body, I feel like I own myself, like Iโ€™m in control. I started taking care of myself. 9 months ago I couldnโ€™t run or jog for 5 minutes without getting off the treadmill, now I run for two hours straight without feeling like I wanna die. I started collecting things that I love, eating food that is real, and changing my life. My life went from a blurry black and white landscape to a colorful valley filled with my favorite things.

  7. I absolutely LOVE all of your videos! You are so beautiful and inspiring. I have never really considered a raw food lifestyle until watching your videos. They are very educational. As a nurse, I find ALOT of the info on others videos is inaccurate. I've been trying to incorporate a diet into working night shift and what better way then to eat raw while at work! I can't wait to learn more. I see there are ALOT of haters on some of your videos but ignore them. You are amazing! Thank you for being you and spreading positivity! I also love your travel videos. Do you do any private 1:1 sessions or meal plans for this trying to transition to the raw food lifestyle?
