  2. I love your videos…I just subscribed! I wanted to know if you could do a work out plan video? I get so confused about when to do cardio or when to do strength. I don't know what days I should rotate. You really inspire me btw.

  3. Thank you so much!! I will work in a video for sure! But in the meantimes, shoot for cardio 3 times a week of cardio and 3-4 days of strength. You can do cardio and strength training on some days.

  6. Hi Melisa, I have just begun my weight loss , and fitness journey. I have joined a gym, and I am changing my eating habits. I have 40lb to lose, so I plan on going to the gym at least 3 days a week, and I would like to use your videos such as this one, for the days in between. This one has simple moves, high energy, but not too much body stress for us newbies. I think you are incredible, and an inspiration to us for what you have accomplished for yourself.   7. Hi,I do aerobics daily and i'm targetting your arm toning exercises as shown in the Video with the bottle and towels ,as i need to tone them up -but if i do them daily is it fine ?or should i give a break of alternate days ?it does burn but i dont wanna look bulky .

  9. I love working out   but sometimes I get so bored and find myself watching the clock. So hard to believe that it was 30 minutes of exercise that felt like 10! So fun! Great video!!

  10. Did the workout 2x with light weights. Would go for one more but my son wanted breakfast lol but again these quick videos are great for busy mom's who can't hit the gym to often. Thanks again!

  11. Hello. New to your workouts. I need to lose about 30 -40 pounds. I have a 2 year old & a 11 month old. I am still breast feeding. Do you have any good workout videos that I can do? I am not very fit 😔. I am trying to work in a walking/jogging with a stroller too. Please help.
