  1. You r the first video I’ve seen that finally tells you have to engage your abs to do the proper plank position and thanks for your detailed explanation New subby here.

  2. This is so helpful, and just so you know, this helps others that aren't even over weight because of loss of strength due to other medical issues, i.e. for me, breast cancer twice, Lupus, RA. So we have to start slow too. I know you are helping so many ppl serving as an inspiration. It is easy to give up. Thanks.

  3. See…what really JUST WORks About this video is that it is a real person doing it in a way that is TOLERABLE AND STILL WORKS! IT STARTS SOMEWHERE IT wont look like these profeasionals. 5. I really like how you show, how an plus size person can do a plank. I'm 241 LBS I suffer from hypothyroidism. Which has caused me to gain so much weight especially in my stomach. So i'm going to try the planks. Hopefully it will help shed some of my stomach. Thanks so much for the great tips.

  6. I quit going to the gym because an instructor yelled at me because I couldn't do a full plank. I weigh 300lbs, give me a break already. I am currently working out at home and will try these methods. Thanks so much

  7. Thank you for being such an inspiration. I'm a 250# woman who is 55 and going on a journey to get back to fit (I was doing well at 49 and 50 and then stopped). You're wonderful and brave to share this journey publicly. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ’™

  8. Sweetie you don't look like you're 280lbs!! When I saw you I guessed maybe 200lbs. So happy finally to see a workout video with a plus size coach!! I've lost 100lbs in 2 yrs through my doctor. I stay below 2400 milligrams of sodium per day & I only drink water. I also go to gym. Bravo hun!!
