  1. If you're just beginning, stick with water. it's disappointing when I see people drinking sports drinks (ie sugar) without breaking a sweat. One step fwd, two steps back

  2. I have tried to tell some people I know about this, and they just look at me funny 🙁 Water has everything you need. Thank you maybe those people will listen you better. LOL
