  1. Another false video with a click bait title. U can do this shit till your 90yrs old U WILL NOT LOSE ARM FAT. The FACTS are you will only lose fat threw changing your nutrition. END OF STORY LADY!

  3. I've been working out my arms for about 3 years now, started with 3 lbs now up to 10 pounds. I found this workout and I use 5 lbs for this. I've been doing this workout for about a month now and boy oh boy it's made such a difference! It gets easier every time I do it!

  4. I found this on Pinterest tonight. I'm in the process of quitting smoking, and was looking for healthy things to do when a craving hits. Going to do this workout with 3 lb weights and see what happens. Also, going to keep some knitting or corking by my side, lol!

  5. I am really amazed by this legs treatment method “fetching myma space” (Google it). Sure, you have to put in the work, follow the program and perform the exercises as instructed, however if you do all of that, and commit to it appropriately you`ll get results. I was unhappy having bow legs in several years. Luckily, I`ve been able to straighten my legs with the aid of this treatment program.

  6. Sorry to break it to everyone but "losing fat in your arms" is impossible that's called spot reduction and it is a myth. Like doing crunches and sit ups will lose fat from your stomach. You have zero control over where your body adds or removes fat. All you can do is be on a caloric deficit and your body decides where it takes the fat. Doing resistance training only adds to the strength and size of the target muscle groups.

  7. Been at it for a week (5 days) and while I cannot see a difference, I can feel it. Starting week 2 and I can actually do the push ups now.

    Did anyone notice the counter in the corner? Sometimes it's very slow, sometimes its double time… I'm a little distracted by it and curious about it, but mostly I just try to ignore it because it doesn't seem to match anything going on in screen.

  8. I’ve had shoulder surgery in the past and I’m happy that most of these look manageable. However what is an alternative to the body weight moves (pushups and tricep dips)?

Umm every time I tried to do the excersize I think I was feeling it in the wrong part of my arm😬can someone plz give me some tips to get the posture and technic right cus I think I was holding it wrong especially when it came to the push ups and stuff 😅this is my first time trying and I’m in my teens so I got a lot to learn

  10. I started at 3 pound weights the first 10 days or so. Then I changed to 4 pound weights for 10 days. Then the last 10 days I went to 5 pounds. I did it for a total of 30 days and I had AMAZING progress! My arms actually looked toned! As before, I was just skin and bone. This was August 20th,2017-September 21st, 2017. I haven't done it since, but I started again today. I am 16 years old and am hoping to get really toned for the summer. (And during the summer!) I hope y'all are able to do this some! It is really worth it! Thank you for this video! (By the way, I have to start at 3lbs again because I lost some of my muscle from not doing it for several months.

  11. I'm trying so hard to push the the pain away but after 4 days of starting my right arm is in the state of a 90 year old arm…shaky and I can barely lift it up…which is weird cause my left doesn't feel like that at all.

  12. I'm really motivated by some of the comments below. I really need to tone up my flabby 47yr old arms. I'm going on holiday in 21 days, and want to not feel ashamed by the pool as it will be quite warm. Please motivate guys and like my comment at least 21 times, once for each day I want to do this!!! I'll let you know how it turned out when i get back from poolside!!! Thanks in advance!!
