  1. go vegan. milk is for growing baby cows from 60lbs to hundreds of pounds in a very short time. It is literally baby cow growth hormones. It's also cruelty you are ingesting, suffering, torture, and death.

  2. Could I make the shake without the peanut butter powder because I can't find it anywhere near I live. What would replace the peanut butter powder?

  3. im type 2 diabetic and i fast everyday for 21 hrs….i feel alot better and my sugar is perfect whilst in a fasted state …..best thing if your confused is try it for yourself and then make your mind up based on your own results

  5. Best to avoid dairy items as cows are injected with chemicals and fed GMO corn n soy feeds very bad for your health! Peanut is full of molds…yikes! Use almond milk unsweetened with cup of berries pinch of stevia n teaspoon of coconut oil… fabulous!!
