  1. of all protein powders, whey is the least suitable for a dieting. take casein or a multi compound protein instead which keeps you full much longer in order to replace a meal.

  2. "Lactose has been removed" Fuckwits have absolutely no idea. Whey concentrate still has plenty lactose. isolate has very little. Just goes to show you should not follow guides from idiots that don't know what they are talking about!!!

  3. medical professional know diddle about nutrition. ionce wittnest a diet for diebetic patient in a hospital setting consisting of mashed potatoes chees cake sweet ice tea and fruit salad after getting double shot of insulin sugar was over 200 i know it is hard to believe but i assure you it is true. day umm

  4. Fats won't make you fat, sugar and certain carbs do that. And that being said, it's good to get a fat free one that's 90% protein like Isoflex since we get enough fats from food sources.

  5. Please please everybody, do not listen to this garbage. You cannot lose weight with protein powder. Protein of any type including powder, will spike your insulin levels. This shooting of insulin will stop any fat burning mode you may be in.

    increasing your potassium levels is more important than taking more protein.

    To lose weight, exercise, or even better, go onto an intermittent fasting protocol and exercise (during your fast) once or twice a week, at the same time.
