I really enjoy this work out and normally don’t buy higher impact dvd’s. However: I found that when I use a trampoline that I am able to do the jacks, oblique twist and anything else she throws out. The DVD has 3 levels and each one gets harder than the first so the idea is to work your way up to level 3.

I have to admit that I haven’t done level 3 yet but I am able to do level 1 & 2 in a single workout. This is a good DVD when your pressed for time or just want a short workout that will work you out. If you want more ab work with JM check out No more trouble zones. I’ll recommend this DVD with 5 stars I think JM work outs are pretty easy to follow and if done correctly you will see results.

My initial plan was to shred everyday for 30 days. I ended up shredding 21 out of 30 days, which I think is pretty good. For a girl who NEVER strength trained on a regular basis, 5 days per week is a miracle.
