  4. Just gonna post the scheduel that has worked for me:

    15min intensive cardio workout on bike/basically pushing as long as I can then resting 30 seconds and repeating, (repeat 3x a day)
    -100 seconds planking, spread out in 5 intervals of 20 seconds
    -100 mountain climbers, spread out in 5 intervals of 20
    -60 situps, spread out into 2 intervals of 30
    -80 bench press, 4 intervals of 20, 200lb. (in terms of weight just choose the highest one which you will be able to rep 20 times)
