Five years ago, I started my weight loss transformation and journey for a better life. In less than 5 ½ months, I lost 125 lbs. In the 4 ½ years to follow, not only did I completely transform my body, but something amazing happened; I became inspiration for dozens of people. Although I have come a long way, my journey has just begun. I am now dedicated to helping inspire and change the lives of as many people as I possibly can. I need your help. I’m building a community, WairaFit, A fitness community for the people by the people.

  1. I was watching this for inspiration with my 4 year old son and he said, "I want to do that." and I said, "What? Work out?" and he said, "Yeah, after I get fat." I explained that he could work out and have big muscles without ever having to get fat. But he was adamant that he wanted to get fat, and then get fit 🙂 Of course, as long as he lives with me, I will feed him nutritious food so that won't happen. But I thought it was so cute that he saw your video and admired you so much that he wanted to be like you 🙂

  2. I stumbled onto this video, and wow! You did an amazing job! I'm 38 and I just started my journey one week ago. I started at 275 and I've lost 10 lbs in the last week. It feels good to finally take care of ME. My goal is to get down to my ideal weight of 140 lbs for a 5'6" man. You, sir, are an inspiration. Thank you for all your hard work!

  4. I have read BOOK after BOOK after BOOK about binge eating, compulsive eating, food addiction, trying to get my eating habits reigned in. I was reading several dietary books, when this guide >>> https://plus.google.com/u/0/116276972682309099869/posts/f8FLMTckUA1  came up in my recommended list. I read about half of this YESTERDAY, and I can already tell my life will change for the better. I can not believe that  this guide is free. This is absolute gold. And I know that if I ever feel myself slipping out of line, I can just read this again, and remind myself of the many, many good points it makes. There was a brief mention in the guide about being targeted at men, but I am a woman, and I don't feel like it's overly "gendered". I do, however, think that the technique involved may put some women off, just because they may be reluctant to identify any part of themselves in the way the guide instructs. The knee jerk reaction may trigger some deep memories and shame, but if you remember that it's NOT about you, then *_Can't say enough about this guide >>> and how much it's helping me after feeling SO out of control. I've been yo-yo dieting on every single fad diet that's come along since about 2007 – and in the last couple of years I began overeating beyond being stuffed to the gills to the point of major discomfort. Then I began binging on junk food, hiding food, going to the store making special trips almost daily for snacks, baked goods, chips. Eating whole bags of family sized chips, boxes of cookies, packs of muffins, going to drive thru for fast food daily. I didn't know how to make it stop and the more I did this, the more I hated myself, so I ate more.

  7. i wanna share my story. i used to weigh 170 lbs and struggle with depression. when i visited a nurse practitioner for depression she put me on seroquel and ruined my body. One day i woke up and I was 230 lbs and had stretch marks all over my body. I finally decided enough was enough. she didn't care about what she did to me, and three years later I am still so angry at her for what she did to me. I wanna lose this weight and get my old body back, i don't care what i have to do.

  9. When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while.
