As a High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan coach and mentor, I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them achieve their health goals on a low-fat raw vegan diet.

Every week I take you inside my kitchen and pantry to share my favorite High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan meals and snacks. I also dish out personal advice and tricks I’ve learned about how to start and stay on a low-fat raw vegan diet—everything from what’s my favorite blender (see below), to how to adapt your High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan for busy days.

  1. You are gorgeous! I have been 95% raw and you have motivated me to give 100% a go. I love that you have so many videos. I still have another 10 kilos to lose and would love to be able to put on a bikini, something I NEVER have been able to wear. Keep up your inspiring videos, they are keeping me on track.

  2. one thing you could consider is to do a weekly FAQ video. Keep a separate note book for questions people ask you on youTube or IG and then once a week address the most frequently asked questions, that way you aren't necessarily doing anything extra, just making one of your awesome regular videos but the topic just happens to be "FAQ's with Tanya" BAM!!!!!
    And don't think that just because your doing this and not "getting anything" for it is a waste because girl you are getting more than you can imagine!!! Your selfless love for all of us will be rewarded my friend. You are building up rewards with every awesome video that you make for us. Sharing, unselfishly, your God given gift of being able to explain this lifestyle in a way that we all can understand. SO do not let others make you feel like you are doing this in vain. I personally am so grateful for you and you are a household name here!! We pray for you in circle time and the whole family watches me dance and sing along with you!!

  3. As a teacher and drinking a gallon a day, when do find the time to go to the restroom?  I teach as well and this is a challenging issue for me.  Just wondering how you do it.

  4. I like your videos, you're fun & informative, but please reconsider filming yourself while driving. So many people have lost their lives, and taken others for doing what you are doing here. Distracted driving is just as bad as drunk driving in my opinion.

After many disappointments I had started to be suspicious about anti-cellulite claims, but once I tried this little cellulite trick, “vobo shocking plan” that I found on Google, my skin started exfoliating the following day and the problem areas are looking better every single day.   8. And after a while of cellulite is painful. Before going raw I am trying to do a high-protein low-carb diet and intensified the swelling in my legs very painful. I am 90% wrong with temper send warm soup’s and some stirfry but All vegan

  9. Its still astonish me just how many people have no idea about Femalix Secrets even though many people completely erase their cellulite safely with it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about this. I have completely remove my cellulite naturally and eliminated my embarrassment for good by using natural ways.
