  1. This is only a tiny part of yoga …many participant may not be able to do it due to any health reasons. Please explore more for simple yoga moves to lose weight such as – SURYA NAMASKAR, SARP ASANA, SHAV ASANA AND BLEND IT WITH EASY CALLENETICS.

  2. I really wish I had run into the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. For 15 days of making use of the plans, I burned 12 lbs Needless to say I work out a few times weekly, and also eat well. It showed amazing results for me. Certainly, this plan is important and I also do wish this would give good results to you too since it did to me. .

  3. I found this particular video a little boring, I didn't get to enjoy any of the poses. Admittedly I only did 15 mins of it, but I like a good variation of poses. I will go back to Rodney Yee. Having said that Erica is lovely and I enjoyed the way she taught.

  4. I became so enthusiastic to test the diet routine “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it). I didn`t change my eating style and also didn`t increase my exercise level. In only a short period of Four weeks, I already lost 6 lbs. With the help of this technique, I did notice that I consumed food less and also filled up faster. .

  5. I'm just as big of a coffee drinker as you are. My routine for the morning is drinking my coffee to feel more awake while watching some tv and then do morning yoga with your video!!!
