  1. Tip for anyone wanting to make these: I went on a smoothie craze a couple years ago, I’d follow recipes on YouTube to a t and every single time I’d hate the taste of the smoothie. Now all I do is add fruit and water because that’s what I’ve learned I like, eye the ingredients yourself and put together whatever you think will taste good.

  2. Started making a new creation, I call it the dessert smoothie
    Almond milk
    Vanilla Greek yogurt
    Banana, 2 medium
    Sugar free peanut butter
    Cocoa powder, jus a smidge
    And blend to perfection 😀😍

    P. S. You can totally put this in a container and freeze it to have an awesome guilt free soft serve! I won't tell if you add a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce. 😂

  3. Why do we use the juice again ? To get our sugar high and not use the fiber. I see.
Ps. Vanilla flavored yoghurt ? 30g of sugar … you're insane to do that
    OJ another 25g of sugar
Daily recommended intake for adult man is 36g (9tbsp) for females 24g (6tbsp). You usually exceed that with 1 smoothie

  4. I'm no smoothie master, but how exactly are these healthy? Juice, all fruit, bye tooth enamel hello sugar. Somehow I think you should use mostly veggies/water and only add a bit of fruit to help with the taste and to get some sugar.
