    My dummass was like its ok ima work out I ate half a braums burger that had to meats fries and onion rings never fewlt worse in my life but like the mornings after this hell I see my stomach and it gets tight and thin (ofcourse after the abuse I give my body for eating that shit)REMBER YOU CAN DO IT

  6. I’m puzzled at the people saying they can’t get through this. I’m 30 years old and I wouldn’t exactly call myself fit! And I can get to the end of this! Maybe I just want it more though? Or I’m fitter than I thought I was!

  7. For anyone who's about to start this workout:

    it isn't as bad as you think it's going to be
    LEGIT the warmups are the hardest parts of this entire exercise–JUST GET STARTED
    it's only 20 seconds intervals for half the workout and then easier 45 second intervals and then a cool down—totally doable
    Burpees aren't bad and the squats are such a great exercise to catch your breath in

    For those who are done:
    dude that was so hard i thought i was gonna die

  8. am i just a dodo..? how do you tuch your opposite toe when in a full push up? I just reached under and tapped the opposite thigh because I had no idea how to do that lol

  9. Not sure if I did all the moves correctly but hey I manage to finish the entire video w/o pausing for longer breaks :')
    okay maybe I zoned out during some exercise and took a smol break like 5 seconds
