  1. I always give up on workouts because they are so hard and take so much time. Betty Rocker you make it fun, you take the time to go slow when showing how to perform each activity. I think I could do this. I need to keep being motivated. The intervals you do are just fantastic!

  2. Hi, can men do these exercises as well or would the effectiveness be lesser ? If yes, then is it advisable to do 2 sets of the 15 minute exercise per day ?

  3. Currently homeschooling two oldest kids and all four kids suffering through the stomach virus but I feel great now because of this workout and your kind encouragement. I am so grateful for you Betty!

  4. I am now on day 12 of this challenge and it’s very difficult for me to see results. This is usually the reason I stop working out after this long just because I feel like I should be able to see something change. However, I do feel better and stronger. I also feel very motivated to finish this challenge. So I guess we’ll see how this turns out.
