What I eat as a lean vegan athlete – high carb low fat diet

Many people have asked me to make more videos covering off what I eat. Well, here’s a video talking about one of my staple foods. Paleo diet this is not.

If Dr Atkins was still alive this video might give him another heart attack.

Another video in the eating and training to get lean and stay lean series.

  1. When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should search Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  2. it's been 8 months since i turned vegan & iNitially it was Actually great, But nowadays I've been feeling so much Dizzy & low energy 😢. I seriously don't ever wanna Give Up veganism. I'm trying to lose Weight but instead gained a Bit. Okay that's not so Important as it was My No workout habit which made me Fat. i thought as I'm vegan i can eat Too much Without Gaining Weight & it actually happened. but this Lifeless & Tingling Thing in my brain is really depressing. Idk what to do. I'm even Taking Multivitamins which has B 12. Idk wtf I'm Doing wrong that i feep so Shitty 😭😭

  3. When you say low protein how many grams? You look in great shape and you’re still fit. Usually whenever I get in good shape (muscular) I lose a tonne of fitness so I’d be interested to learn how many calories and what macros you have.

  4. I don´t really get what the reason for the low fat approach is when being a vegan athlete. Personally I feel best, mentally and physically with roughly a 50-30-20 approach. As we all know we don´t get fat from good fat as long as you have an eye on your overall calorie intake.
