2 Month HCLF Vegan Update | Weight Loss, Body Pain

I lost 9 pounds in the first 2 weeks of eating like this. I lost more weigh this month, that I mentioned in the video.

My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.

  1. I have a question, what if I plan to become vegan to loose weight only? & if once I loose my desired weight I begin in to eating meat, but still keeping it healthy, will I gain all my weight back?

  2. Just became a HCLF VEGAN Sunday. It has really taken my body through changes, but I'm appreciating the journey. My energy has been up, and skins looks awesome! I will continue!! Glad I found you new subby!
