    Lets be realistic as soon u stop the water diet the metabolism will speed up..i gained 80 pounds n lost it by eating healthier,i dont eat junk…we need to stop fallowing all this stupid destructive dvertising

  3. Nice job! You are keeping at portion control and eating a balanced and healthy nutrition meal. People don't realize that. Exercising is helpful but the majority of loosing weight is all about what you eat. I do the same thing but workout. I lost 30 pounds after almost a month and 3 weeks. So proud of you!

  4. Worst plan ever. Crash dieting like this has been proven time and time again not to work. It's not healthy to lose that much weight that quickly and it also isnt sustainable. As soon as you start eating calories again you will just pile the weight back on

  5. I'm a bit confused on the 1st 7days. First u said ONLY water then u said fruit&veggies&yogurt here an there. Is that on the 1st 7days? And when u say water do u mean plain water or like the Pedialyte also bcuz if u only drink water u deprive ur body of vitamins and nutriants. I'm not trying to be critical. I need to lose weight and want to lose it. I've been trying but, it's a struggle for me. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you.

  6. I’ve had a similar experience and the main difference came from cutting sugar, milk, alcohol and then using portion control. Add nuts, seeds, berries, honey and cinnamon to yoghurt and/or porridge/oatmeal for breakfast or if hungry in the evening and you will be very satisfied and well nourished.

  7. Do not, I repeat, do not go on a water fast. You are destroying your body. Make a balanced diet, set up how much you wanna lose in a month and take it slow and steady. Set up 1000 cal per day and plan your meals, cut out the bad stuff, eat veggies and fruits, drink green tea after every meal. These limiting yourself to basically nothing diets develops into eating disorders. I'm speaking from personal experience.
