The Scars in My Skin (Skin Surgery After 190 Pound Weight Loss)

**Disclaimer** Many of us begin this journey in search of the life that we always dream of. For me, it began with committing myself to the pursuit of becoming the man I always knew I could be as a child. My dream, or so I thought, was simple: to lose weight and become fit. In 2 years, 10 months, and 27 days, I lost 190 pounds (86.2kg) through natural means. After having lost weight, receiving massive attention, and undergoing an upper body lift for skin reduction surgery, I found that I was no closer to the man that I dreamed of, nor happier, because I realized that my dreams were so much more. At my core, my true dream was always to become a man of honor, integrity, and who I deemed worthy of unconditional love and someday having a family of his own. This video embodies the journey I have been on for the past 5 years to find myself, and the realization that every moment in my life, up until now, has been a stepping stone. This is my story.

“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” -Steve Jobs

  1. My colleague was the one who told me about the diet plan when she informed me how she dropped her weight. That is when I decided to join in because she dropped 19 pounds from that. Google “sowo amazing plan”!

  2. Well you lost the weight, had loose skin, got it removed and now you're complaining because you have scars? FFS stop whining you silly man. some people can't afford to have the loose skin removed. You've worked hard, shown determination and got the body of your dreams. Now just go and live your life and stop aiming for perfection because we as human never achieve it. you sound like a big cry baby. This video and you annoy the hell outta me.

  3. Thanks for the eye opening video man ! Very inspirational!
I myself went from 139.8 Kg in the summer of 2016 to 102.9 Kg up to today.
The skin is sagging but I intend to keep this up and fill the loose skin with as much muscle as humanly possible.
If my genetics are up to the task then maybe just maybe I won't even have to think about a skin surgery further down the line.

  4. Following a good friend of mine used this diet program “sowo amazing plan” (Google it) to drop 16 lbs, My partner and i figured out a lot about it. My partner and i googled “sowo amazing plan” and so should you.

  5. Jon you are very inspiring man… Keep up the good work. I think the greatest thing you offer is the ability for others to see what a person can accomplish if he/she really works hard at it. I can can tell there only handful of people in the world who has come as far as you!!!!
