  1. I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

  3. This is great. I've been looking for a diet or healthy food to help with ovarian cysts. I'm still recovering from surgery few weeks ago. I'm trying stay away from process food now and sodas. I like your videos. 🙂

  4. I'm no longer a vegan, but Paleo is just weird. Human beings are really best suited to a whole food, mostly plant-based diet with some animal products thrown in sparingly (around 5% of the overall diet). I don't think many people are aware that our records of what the Paleolithic people actually ate indicates that they had an extremely high fiber diet (even higher than most whole food vegans!). A real Paleo diet is actually closer to a whole food vegan diet in nutritional makeup than this bizarre, overindulgent, modern iteration of Paleo that it's followers are advocating. This amount of animal product consumption is environmentally unsustainable, unhealthy, unnatural, and unnecessary. Thank goodness most people can't afford to actually eat this way, otherwise we'd need 3 planet Earths!

    Therefore spend breakfast even if only with a simple menu. Some paleo breakfast menu is simple and easy to make for millenials.
