  1. I just did this and I didn't like it. It was okay for trying it once, and I will finish it because I love liver (and I don't think my dogs should eat all these spices) but I won't be making it again. I personally like liver flavor, so I'm back to "plain" liver with onions 🙂

  2. Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about – Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one off guide for discovering some amazing paleo recipes minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got astronomical success with it.

  3. Wow! I made this last night and it was fantastic. I'm so tempted to fix it again tonight. I fixed it using yellow peppers instead of green with some baked yellow squash on the side. It was pretty so I took a picture and posted it with your video to Facebook. Thanks.

  4. As a little boy I used to sit at the dinner table for hours in front of my room temperature liver because my mom used to overcook it until it was shoe leather. One day she got so mad at me that she went to smack me upside the head and I put my hand up reflexively to block the blow. Lo and behold she had driven my fork through her middle finger! OUCH!! What did the little b'stard say? "God will punish you when you are bad." (One of her lines…) The only other time my mom hit me was when I was a high school football player… and she hurt her hand then too. Looking forward to trying your recipe! (Don't know why I felt like sharing that story… guess it was the title of the recipe. : )

  5. I just cooked this within 12 hours of watching your video. Fantastic. Next time I’m going to cut my onions into larger chunks. The liver was soft and delicious. Not ironey or like offal. I was and still am a be-liver! Thank you. Defo my favorite liver recipe ever.
