  1. I'm a 24 year old male, 5'9, I have been overweight roughly a year and a half maybe 2 years now, I have 66 lbs to lose or more. Will I get loose skin if I lose 2 pounds a week?

  2. I am doing a little weight lifting Legs/Arms (15 minuets) , and a lot of cardio (75 minuets)  . For the next six months. I believe The elliptical trainer should help my arms while holding those handles the whole time.

  3. I lost 100 lbs in 15 months, with much less loose skin than I see with people who have done vsg (or other weight loss surgery). They seem to have terrible loose skin and thin hair. So yes, doing it slowly, keeping the nutrition up is so important! Weight loss surgery "victims" cannot keep the nutrition up because they can't eat enough – stop with the starvation diets and organ mutilation! It's so sad! I ate very well, (even up to 2500 cals a day!) and eventually could add exercise, and then HIIT. That was it. I am not young so it definitely wasn't a "great" metabolism.

  4. Ive lost 125lbs now and cocoa butter helps with stretch marks and keeping your skin hydrated with body creams and body butter lotions and drinking half your body weight in oz everyday. I gained 200lbs after i quit smoking and graduated highschool, i had to put up with girls making fun of me for being into sports and weight lifting in high school. Lifting weights also helps tone and tighten skin while losing weight. You can lift heavy with short reps or what i do is lighter to medium weights with more reps. Its all about losing the weight slow and steady not quick and fast or the skin will show

  5. I really would have liked to watch this video.  The sound is terrible and to make matters worse, the loud music drowns out the voice, making the video unwatchable.  Congrats on the weight loss.

  6. I'm 19. I weigh 155 pounds and it's all in my tummy. I have the body type that looks like I'm skinny but I know I'm not lol like I have two huge rolls when I sit and I constantly look bloated. I'm so scared of getting loose skin.. I I guess what I'm trying to ask is do you have to be a certain size of overweight to get loose skin or can anybody of any size get it?

  7. I need to loose 110 pounds does anyone have any recommendations for not having loose skin? I’m 15 (I know I’m large you don’t have to tell me) but since I’m younger will I even have any?

  8. Do you hate counting calories and trying to starve yourself when trying to shed pounds? Do you lack energy during the day because you're not eating enough? I was like your story at one time! I Then got clever and started following The Venus Factor diet system. It was so easy to understand and put in practice. In only a week I had been already losing weight. Want to find out more? 9. With regards to shedding weight, burning fat is very important. If you go hungry, though, you are not going to shed weight – at least not for very long. After a lot of research, I made a decision to try out The Venus Factor and I am thankful I did. I was finally able to really lose weight – with out going hungry every night! If you want to know more, all you have to do is go watch the video on this site. http://bit.ly/2BFuxtW

  10. I saw that you are from thr dfw area. I wanted to get in contact with you but all of your social media is about 3 years behind. I hope all is well . continued success to you.

  11. You know, your skin is not a rubber band. There's actually no such thing as loose skin. It's extra skin. That means that there are extra skin cells. The only way to remove the extra skin is to remove the extra skin cells.

There's something called autophagy where our bodies will consume unnecessary proteins, organelles, and even extra cells that we don't need in order to provide proteins, fats, and other materials that our remaining cells need to survive.

Autophagy happens all the time naturally, but when we're in a fasted state, autophagy increases. This is why intermittent fasting, one meal a day, alternate day feeding, and periodic fasting helps remove extra skin cells.

Now, this is not a diet where you're trying to starve yourself. But, at the same time, you shouldn't over eat when you do eat. You should fast, then eat no more calories than you skipped. For example, if your maintenance caloric intake is 1,800 calories per day, then if you're going to eat every other day, you should make sure you do not consume more than 3,600 calories every other day. If you consume less, you'll likely lose weight. If that's what you want, then go ahead and consume less. But if you want to maintain your weight, then consume 3,600 calories every day. On those days that you do not eat, you will increase autophagy significantly and lose a tiny bit of extra skin cells. Then, on the days that you eat, you'll gain back any muscle that you lost during your fasting day.

It's good start with intermittent fasting, then advance to one meal a day, then advance to alternate day eating, then to periodic fasting. You want to go gradually so that you can judge your body's response to fasting, AND so that your body can adapt to fasting. Going from 6 meals a day to suddenly fasting for 3 days straight is a huge shock to your system that your body might not react well to.
