  1. Amazing hypnosis session – although I have tried many of these before this is the one that has worked best for me. I'll keep you posted on the next couple of months and the difference it makes to my eating habits 🙂

  2. what is the daily time commitment for your program ? Do you track successes and what percent of the people who purchase your program complete it and of those who complete it, how many lose weight and break food centered habits forever? I can't afford to jump into another program where I am unsuccessful in the long and/or short term

  3. fell asleep listening to the sugar one and then work up to this, i dreamt that i had some chocolate buttons in my hand and i threw all but one away then i took the chocolate out of my mouth to throw away

  4. Can I request you to do an hypnosis session to turn food addiction into
    food aversion as in "eating is a freaking boring task"?A friend of mine
    was hypnotized like this and his life took a complete turn, he'd be
    eating something every 2 hours and now we almost have to drag him to a
    restaurant because even the sight of food bores him.
    I've tried it all but nothing seems strong enough for me, I have a VERY strong addiction to food and this is my last hope. I don't have money to afford an hypnotherapist so I was hoping you could help me. Thanks

    Found this the day after I turned Vegan. Been Vegetarian
    since 2005. Wanted to take it to the next level. Can't believe I found this now. Someone is looking out for me. Amazing!

  6. I have just given this a listen for the first time but there are two things that I struggled with. The first was the idea of hair in my food. If I found a hair in my food I would take it out, laugh, and carry on – this might sound disgusting but I'm not neurotic about it and nothing bad will happen. The second issue is that I can't imagine smells – I tried to compensate fir this using visuals for things but I don't know how well that will work.

  7. By far the most effective mind over binge and possibly even other bad habit tool I have come across. I see where you could use this for nail biting too. I also like how it is ongoing. Connecting any unpleasant smell or garbage with things you are addicted to.

  8. I will NOT listen to this again unless the commercial that interrupts my initial relaxation breaths is taken out‼️‼️‼️. I’m beginning to move away from YouTube because of this ridiculous addition. Either have the commercial at the BEGINNING or the END‼️‼️‼️
