In this vlog Lisa gets personal. She shares her struggles before converting to veganism and how going vegan has changed her life!

Mental Health – Lisa suffered from near debilitating panic and anxiety disorder that forced her to seek counselling and quit her job. After learning some tips to cope and going 100 percent vegan she has seen huge improvements!

Oral Health – Lisa used to get excruciating canker sores all over her mouth almost every week. It was so bad that she had a hard time chewing and drinking liquids. Since switching to a plant based diet she no longer suffers from cankers.

Heartburn and Indigestion – If you really want to see marked improvements in your intestinal and stomach health. Go vegan. That’s all I can say. No more heart burn. Rarely get indigestion, unless you’re eating deep fried vegan treats.

Acne – Suffering from acne? Try veganism. It cured Lisa’s acne issues. These days she gets compliments for her porcelain skin all the time.

Menstrual Cramps – Lisa used to have to take several days off of work per month because of her horrendous cramping. Now, her periods come and go without her barely noticing any changes!

  1. i have recently been trying to slowly adopt a more plant based lifestyle. I have been on a pescatarian diet for about a week now and want to see how it works for me. The one problem I think I would have would be dairy tho.

  2. Now I know this is personal to ask, but do you still take your medication for your anxiety disorder? Or received a change of dose? just curious if that was also changed.
