  2. That's correct coach, and thank you for your vids. Consistency is the key to achieving goals. Though it doesn't mean failures aren't accepted, it includes starting over and over till you get your goals.

  3. Why do you believe there are no "good" or "bad" foods? I understand the concept of if it fits into your macros, but come on fruits and vegetables are a lot better for your body than fast food, alcohol, and other junk.

  4. what are your thoughts on the keto diet for losing weight and burning fat? and can it be used for a lean bulk if on a caloric surplus
