Valesco: Stay with me

  1. But I always thought white rice makes people fat 😛 Excellent video. What are your thoughts on muscle-ups, do you ever do them and think it's good for getting better at rock climbing? I can't do them perfectly yet, still need to swing my legs a bit, but it's such a cool move 🙂

  2. cool videos man! i just discovered your channel and they are so inspirational but i have a few questions: i'm vegetarian, i actually eat a lot of dry fruit, coffee and water during my climbing session (that are mostly composed by intense boulder problems and a little workout on the bar). My questionis: what i should eat before and after the training? i should aim for protein after the training and carbs before? like lunch spaghetti, go train and eat some eggs or nuts or quinoa salad or whatever, i'd be very thankful if u answer me!
p.s: sorry for the bad english greets from chile!

  3. Never thought of adding beet to such a fruity smoothie, I will definitely have to give that a try! Seriously though your strength (& finger strength) very impressive haha Yay for veganism!!

  4. well, what i find a little controversial is the amount of protein one should eat.. if i count all of the protein in your list, thats a max of 45 grams i d say.. if you go to one of theese online calculations u re gonna find a suggestion of 70 grams a day if you weigh 70 kilos, active and sporty.. full power training should require 105 grams at the same weight if you believe theese gudelines.. I know a lot of vegans dont consider this to be true, and there are rumours of the " protein lie" in the blogs.. i also know everyone has his own chemical lab inside making more or less out of the same amount through perfect/incomplete digestion.. what do you think?

  5. Try to add in Red and Brown Lentils in a e.g. Pumkind Red Lentil Sauce with rice.
This is how you can compensate on the big ecological footstep of eating mangos and bananas to often, which travel to Germany half around the globe.
    Great diat though,

  6. thats not fair to say "and some other stuff" !! I nee dto know exactly how to get 3000 calories in a day being vegan! But im guessing you rely mostly on fruit and grains.

  7. Hi mani, bin auf dem Weg Veganer zu werden kannst du mir bitte sagen wie du die Verteilung von fett Kohlenhydrate und Protein hälst ? Sowas wie 80 10 10 ?

  8. The good think about eating vegan is that you are never hungry. Because you really don't fancy any of that shit. Rice with potatoes, carrots and broccoli? Props for getting that down …
