  1. you dont have to love animals to be vegan, or even to be passion. You just need to understand that they are sentient and killing them for no other reason than our momentary pleasure isnt fair. Like we dont love all the humans on earth with a passion, but we do understand that its wrong killing and hurting each other, to some degree at least

  2. I AGREE CHANEL! Body positivity includes treating your body right from within and just basically loving yourself. Embracing change also i love that keep up the good work you look great 🙂

  3. You don't have to seriously love animals at all, you just have to respect the rights of others not to be abused. I don't really love strangers that I've never met, but I'm not going to deliberately pay for them to be abused. I don't love spiders, but i'm not going to stamp on them.

  4. I don't like this, i love this. I love that youre preaching positivity first and then a diet and/or exercise. Especially when people use a healthy life style to look better when it shouldn't be, and instead used to get healthy. I applaud you.

  5. Nope! Plant based is the way to go cause you can do it for a life time an you won't be at a caloric deficient, that's not a healthy diet at all I wouldn't do that we call that crash dieting here in the US na I went purely plant based, an I have lost 70lbs, I did it after I had cancer an I did it for me an me only,
