  1. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! As much as one could love a HIIT workout lol. You are a great trainer. This was well designed for a beginner like me.   2. Today I start my goal to loose weight am 38yr old 245lb and feel sick and slow all the time how long should I do this work out until I go to the next one.. going to work on my diet as well ..

  3. Holy shit, this workout is tougher than it looks. Lasted about 11 minutes, but I felt the burn and that's motivation enough for me to try this again, in the morning this time. Thanks!

  4. Hi coach, thanks for this wonderful video… I do this workout everyday and I weigh 92 kgs whereas my ideal weight should be around 75… I am following a low calorie diet.. I just wanted to enquire whether this workout will be effective enough for me to lose weight

  7. Love it , but do anybody have suggestion , i almost fainted while tried this and I wanna lose my FAT , my height 181CM and weight at 110kg , is there any option to gain STAMINA or at least not fainted while doing this.? Thanks..

  8. I lost 15 pounds doing this workout in 2 – 3 months span. I'm not sure if that's a fast progress or not but so far I can see the changes physically.
