  2. If I am intermittent fasting (actually OMAD eating late afternoon to early evening), when is the best time of the day to consume the nutritional yeast? I notice is does have a small amount of calories…

  3. I'm reading the comments here about how good it tastes. I must be the only person who can't stand the taste of it. I keep hearing how it taste like cheese. It doesn't taste like any cheese I've ever eaten and believe me, I've eaten a lot of cheese. I've tried it on different foods. Tried some recipes with it included. I can't get past the first bite. It is absolutely dreadful. I'll have to get some amazing benefits from some other super foods that are WAY MORE palatable to me than this stuff.

  4. Add whole eggs and nutritional yeast to whey protein, and make whey have a 300% bioavailability. Whey has probably the best amino profile there is. but lack of absorption without adding eggs. The yeast has B vitamins that make the whey usable on a cellular level as a metabolite. You may add a tablespoon of  Psyllium Husk Powder to help slow down the release of whey and get more absorption.

  5. I've been using Bragg's for years. It wasn't so clear what other brands to trust. Dr. Berg should point out which brands are safer. At least a few options. Just call Bragg's out by name, because too many people miss this. This is the only video where he offers a yeast option. I'll use Sari Foods now.
