  1. I am SO dang proud of you Kaylah. Hard work does pay off. I just started and I haven't gotten my eating down yet. It takes a while to get a rythem going. Buy food, prep, eat, exercise etc. Even if someone doesn't like the gym right away, buy things for in home workout. I have been working out minimum 4 days a week. I have not been severley depressed in over three weeks. You think you can't do it, but you CAN. You dig a little more deeper. Every time you want to quit, play the embarrassing moments over in your head. People calling you names etc. We can rise above and pretty soon the only thing you are addicted to is that next day, that next exercise. Its all about getting out of our heads. The only person is holding you back is YOU.

  2. I am day 2.5 of low carb/low sugar diet and it is kicking me in the ass, but I am sticking with it. And in turn, I am watching these videos to inspire me to keep going. Thanks for sharing your journey!!

  4. Congratulations! I applaud your frankness in sharing your transformation and yes, you're an inspiration! I'm currently attending a "Lifestyle Change" class that focuses on proper eating, exercise, and sleep. In four months I've lost 20 lbs towards losing 70 lbs by June 2018.
