Dr. Berg talks about the fastest way to lose weight. Hello Dr Eric, I have reduced my weight by 21 kg during 5 months, by intermittened fasting, I eat once every single day, no carb, no sugar and reduced fat during 1 hour and I drink one cup of coffee, one cup one Kakao and one of cup green tea during the next one hour. the rest of time I drink only water. My blood sugar normal, 5.5 mmol/lit (app 1 mg/dl), my blood pressure app 128/ 68 mmHg, I feel very well, my BMI=24,96, my plan is to 23,5 (ca 75). I am 1.79 m high.What do you think?

  5. Dr. Berg here in lies the PROBLEM!….Lean muscle mass….it actually produces the highest demand for calories. If you fill up your digestive tract with good fiber, you will poop 2-3 times a day and keep your lean muscle mass with weight training. But you need to stop eating grains, and any thing above a 60 on the glycemic scale. Beans mixed with eggs and beacon and cheese are good power food, for strong people who workout really hard. They have enough muscle mass to lose fat at a gradual pace without feeling hungry or tired. Eat 5-6 times a day because you need nutrition going into the cells with hormones and protein all day. At 1:30 am at night when you are asleep ,is when you release most of your GH.

  6. have always gone to the gym and been really active and i pretty much maintained weight. However, once i turned 40, everything was so downhill from there. it was horrible. my muscular body wasnt muscular anymore and i kept looking for ways to fix it because…as we all girls want… we want to look as amazing as all those pretty celebrities. then, one of my random moments of searching google i came across this website. of course who doesnt want to keep eating all these great foods and decided to try it. Bottom line, i didnt think i needed to NOTHING! absolutely nothing. its all a matter of great a great nutrition guide. Dr.Birg lf I get off the carb I fear that will influence on the reaction of my body .I think my body will fight me later on ,that happens every time I cut the carb from time to time the last three years that make my wghit swings up and down please help me this is the big problem .You know ,my wghit is 97killo my high is162m .I like sugger and fond of carbs .Thank you
