  1. Those Russel Stover chocolates are AWFUL for you! I used to eat them a lot thinking I was doing a good thing, but they just made my sweet tooth worse and they are loaded with empty calories.

  2. This is really stupid; to be on a ketogenic diet is to STOP the nasty habit of snacking, and kill your sweet tooth. I've been on the ketogenic diet for three months now, and I'm on an OMAD, and I don't crave sugar anymore, and I don't remember ever using stevia or any of these sugar alternatives, except in Dr. Berg's electrolytes, which I hate because of the stevia in it.
