  1. 4:154:30 afuckingmen. I struggle with waking up at night and eating just to go back to sleep, and since I cut out sugar, oil, salt, and junk food, the amount I eat has decreased considerably. I've lost so much weight and my life has been improved because of it.

  2. Thank you, I have decided to do the 30 day vegan challenge. I have been wanting to do it for a while now, but I was always discouraged by friends and family. This time I am not going to tell anyone and just doing it, and see how it works for me.

  4. With having anorexia and not enjoying food… how did you go about to eating at all… Like going raw vegan? I'm just asking because I don't enjoy food at all and I mostly don't want to eat at all. And when I do eat because I'm literally so hungry I don't enjoy at all. So was it over time that you began to enjoy your food or did you not have the problem with enjoying your food in the first place. Because for me it's difficult to eat anything and I don't enjoy it, So there's no motivation. Just wondering if you had the same problem and have any tips on how to overcome that? ♡ thank you for the video.

  5. i dont get it, i've been vegan for 1.5 years, i go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do yoga, and my weight is literally the same maybeeeee 5 pounds less than what i was before going vegan. i just dont get it its so frustrating ugh i just want to lose weight and be thinner and toned

  6. I have to ask for personal reasons, when you say someone, are you referring to Freelee the Banana girl? I recently bought her e-book and I’m pretty sure she stole 1,000 dollars from me with my bank information, and I put on terrible weight that felt like it honestly did not belong on my body, had never felt that heavy in my life. It didn’t feel like normal weight, it felt like a big fat suit

  7. I know you posted this a while back, but I am so glad I’m watching this now because this just encouraged me so much. It’s so funny because our stories are almost parallel…

    I was a swimmer for about 6 years in school and I was super fit and had a pretty healthy body. Then went to college and everything changed. I ate so much processed food out of convenience and never worked out. I never felt good and I started to really hate how I looked. I developed a minor eating disorder and honestly, my life sucked.

    I am about 5’3 and the heaviest I got during this time was 125 like you. I tried to lose the weight in unhealthy way by not eating much at all and trying to work out all the time. Last November, everything changed because I had made myself sick.

    After this, I knew I had to make a change. During this time, I started to watch Raw Alignment videos and was so inspired by Alyse (that’s how I found you!) So, I decided to try being a vegetarian and then in January wanted to transition to being a vegan. Ever since then I have lost a little over 10 pounds and I have never felt better!!! I feel good all the time, I’m happier, and I love my life so much more. I am doing exercises that I find joy in and eating food that makes me feel good and not guilty. My life has gone a complete 180.

  8. Could you make a video about the "wrong" type of vegan foods you were eating? I'm trying to go vegan and I've heard a lot about high carb, low fat. I'm confused at what vegan diet I should have to lose weight.

  9. I had to subscribe. I sooooo love that you promote self love. It’s so true my weight has been up and down and no matter how thin I was I was never happy until I learned to love myself!

  10. Ive lost 10 pounds from being vegan and bet I would lose more if I went raw but I love to cook and bake… Ive come to the conclusion I won't ever go fully raw, although I eat only whole foods and at least one raw meal a day. (such as a salad or smoothie)

I hate my body so much I’m disgusting but I also am not going to go vegan can someone help me get healthy I need help I try and get the people I live with not to buy junk food because if it’s there I can’t help but eat it but they keep buying it I’m disgusting and massive I hate my body legs especially good leg exercises at home would help as I can’t afford a gym membership I currently weigh 126 pounds I don’t have a goal weight just want to go until I’m happy please help me

  12. The thing that you mentioned about being 125 and being your height and also feeling uncomfortable is literally me at the moment I’m 5’1 and I’m at 136. I used to weigh 101 cause of my eating disorder, after leaving high school I stared eating so much and I feel sooooo uncomfortable. I don’t know how to lose the weight cause I’m so good addicted now.

  13. I've been doing raw for the mornings and afternoons with pasta and more cooked things at night. I will eat vegan cakes, cookies, cream cheese, but only in moderation. So far (at day 4) I have been feeling great! I am also someone that does a lot of activity (working at a daycare, dancing, running etc.) so it works for me. Love your videos!
