  1. great review! I lost my instruction booklet and couldn't remember how to adjust the level. Your video is the only one I found that actually showed how to change the level and not just say make sure the seat is level. THANK YOU!

  2. Did you find that there wasn't enough padding behind the toddler's back so that it lies flush with the head padding, especially after removing the "infant" padding? It seems the head will need to come forward if there is a lack of padding for the child's back. That's what I am finding with this seat anyway.

  3. Seat also comes with a seatbelt positioning strap. For the life of me, I can't understand the written manual, and you did not address this either. I understand it's optional, but was hoping someone would show me how to use it. Do you remember receiving that red/black strap?
