You asked for it, you got it! Finally coming out with a detailed video on how to go about the Ketogenic diet as a vegetarian in India. In today’s video, I’m gonna be covering everything from the meal plan you need while following veg keto to the fat loss effects created thanks to a vegetarian version of the ketogenic diet. Vegetarian ketogenic diets have never been this easy to understand.
Keep in mind that I’m NOT a keto diet ambassador. I’m just teaching you guys the science of going about veg keto.   2. i know its pretty late but I'm watching this video now and heres a list of vegetarian food u can have on keto
    1) spinach and cream cheese
    2) coconut milk mixed with almonds and a scoop of whey
    3) butter paneer with a slice of cheese
    4) tofu with cheese
    5) offcourse u can add most of the vegetables in atleast 2 of your meals
    6) flax seeds

  3. Great Information !!!
    I started Keto Diet with Paneer, Tofu and protein shakes and leafy vegetables in the night. I didn't have energy to move myself out of the bed and felt like my mind has stopped working. Had to quit it in the third day morning.
    I guess and found on Google that it may be because of electrolyte imbalance namely sodium, Potassium and magnesium.
    Would you please advice any suggestions so that electrolyte imbalance can be avoided ?
    Do we need to take any supplements for magnesium ?
    Potassium and Sodium requirements can be met through Salt ?
    Do we need to take the supplements for the whole duration of the keto diet or till the keto flu last ?

  4. I am a vegetarian I live in USA I have a question regarding Greek yogurt that during keto diet can I eat Greek yogurt in the breakfast I can easily access Greek yogurt here also it's very much affordable but should I have it or it's a no no??

I like watching your Channel and I think you have good advice but realistically you can do this diet being a vegetarian there's many different types of nut and Seed Butters and a good veggie burger that has no gluten and only one carb and it tastes very good they make it in a burger and they make it in loose protein and you can add a cup of greens and other vegetables and they don't have that many carbs.
