Showing you one more miracle… See the verse number…… And surah number combination…… Its 2.184 ::: first and the last number if you see it indicates 24 hours of day middle number middle number 18 indicates…. 18 hours intermittent Fasting video 2+4 indicates remaining eating window…. 2 indicates two meals a day. Its just my guess work…. I may be wrong…

  2. Dr. Fhung should open a fasting center for people to go and stay there for a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and having blood tests and all kinds of tests. I would be the first one to register.

  3. Well the fistula patients have been told to get 1.25 to 1.75 grams per kilo of body weight. I can't even grasp getting that much. But I have had this fistula for a year now, and it's not really slowing down.

  4. Personally I'm so excited about fasting's ability to get rid of loose skin because I have 120 pounds to lose and I was sooooooo worried about loose skin. I'm a week into ADF and eating fairly healthy/little on my feasting days and I'm down 4 pounds. I wonder if the weight loss would be faster on intermittent fasting? Hmm…

  5. He seems really smart, but I don't agree with his statement: "For whom has a calorie deficit ever worked". Well, for everybody. Everyone in calorie deficit loses weight. Problem is, most people can't keep it up for a long period and eventually revert back to old habits.

  6. I'm doing a 16/8 it's going alright. I feel better but after my birthday in three days I'm going to try a few days to fast to get rid of the extra fat I have,I'm 20 pounds over weight.wish me luck!
