  3. Very inspirational! Thank you for posting!☺ I am on my weight loss journey and have quite a bit of body fat to lose as much as the young lady you're talking about today. I do both weight training and cardio. I am so glad I do both because I've always done cardio and lose fat/inches, but I remained flabby. Since I started weight training, I am toning, I have limited spread when I sit down, my body it tightening up. The cardio melts my fat and the weight training tones and tightens my body, not to mention I am stronger and it really does increase your metabolism. Combining the two has been a blessing for me. I can say, if you are obsessed with the numbers on the scale it will be frustrating because the numbers fluctuate a little here or there as you gain muscle mass, however you will continue to see loss of inches and your clothes fitting better and of course the numbers continue to go down. Before I started this journey, I did extensive research and I am fortunate to have my God father who is an athlete, has a degree in health and nutrition and is a personal trainer (he lives in another state) and his wife is a certified nutritionist. I found a personal trainer, she is PHENOMENAL!!!! I had to sacrifice big time! I only get to train with her once a week because that's what I can afford, however she educates me and gives me a program to follow when I am not training with her. I'm so glad I saw this video! Thank you for the inspiration!!! <3

  4. These types of results we’re never foreseen by me. I never thought in days that I would be able to lose 9 pounds. Google “sowo amazing plan”. You have to try it. Just google that and read about it.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every single fat reduction program that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan simply because my mate who told me great things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 18 lbs in 3 weeks!
