Having a positive attitude makes the world a better place to live in. Being healthy is being wealthy. I love when woman look good, and feel good. I am happy to hear you bought a new dress, stand up so we can see it. Next time, swing your hair back and forth, put your hair up, now put it down, I know you feel good about yourself, but show off girl.   2. Ive started a low carb diet and like you I feel sooo much better my body felt poisoned before eating sugar and other rubbish foods I've lost 13lbs up to now I've got a long way to go but I'm happy also to carry on with a diet that truly works

  3. Hi, I started 5 days ago and learning and reading a lot. Love your recipes! You mentioned you eat ssnacks โ€if you needโ€ does it mean that you mainly eat only a breakfast, salad lunch and meat dinner? Do you not feel hungry whole day just eating salad for lunch? What about your fat bomb recipes? I was just about to make the chocolate cheese brownie and watching this, Iโ€™m not sure if I should be eating those?
