  1. As soon as I heard “organ damage” I stood up at work and walked down and up the 7 flights of stairs in my building. Also, I really want a standing desk SO BAD but my desk at work is so small and my monitors would hit a shelf. 😩 we are moving soon and I hooooope I can have a standing desk!

  2. After going vegetarian I’ve dropped 44 pounds and I’m aiming for another 25 pounds to hit my goal weight of 120 pounds😍. I went vegetarian for moral reasons and I really want to go vegan but since I’m a high schooler and live with my parents it’s kind of hard for me to have all the food I would need.

  3. As a Vegan, just eat. I don’t count calories. I eat carrots, beets, cabbage, eggplant, beans, lentils, Brussels sprouts, onions, peppers, potatoes, corn, pretty much every fruit and vegetable. I don’t count my calories, I just eat when I’m hungry and I’m still losing weight 😂. I also drink apple cider vinegar water.
