  1. i began my weight loss on the 1st of january, 2019 – i am 16 and was 210 pounds. today, on the 29th of january, i weighed in as 196! 14 pounds/a stone down within a month!

  2. Im just not understanding why she cant put the kids on a healthy diet too i get not having as much time to exercise but the feeding kids excuse i dont understand. She got to 150 lbs from 650lbs thats fucking incredible and she should be so proud of that i hope she gets back on track

  3. I really think it’s an addiction the same as drugs or alcohol. Why do they get a pass but food addicts don’t? The only difference I see is that if you choose drugs or alcohol you get thinner instead of fatter and people being as cruel and insensitive as they tend to be, they look at you like your disgusting it’s all your fault you did this to yourself. I think that food addiction should be seen the same as any other addiction. These poor folks wouldn’t choose this for themselves if they could help it. They deserve to have just as much love and support as any human being that has an illness.

  4. Don’t blame your addiction to food on your pregnancies
You eat too much and you got fat because you eat too much and eat the wrong things

Ask your health care provider how much weight you should gain. A woman who was average weight before getting pregnant should gain 25 to 35 pounds after becoming pregnant. Underweight women should gain 28 to 40 pounds. And overweight women may need to gain only 15 to 25 pounds during pregnancy.

  5. She met her husband years ago on a fat fetish site, she posed on the internet for men who paid to see her obese body, SHE KNEW ALL ALONG HE HAD A FETISH FOR THAT, THEN SHE MARRIES HIM.

  6. I can't imagine getting a divorce. But I do know this about being alone. You sure learn how to value yourself as a person. You learn how to love yourself. Once you do that, you can find the person who loves and values you. I am glad she divorced her husband. She needs to put her health over his silly desires.

  7. I still eat grilled cheese as a 20 yr old! Except I use whole grain bread and use one slice of cheese, deli turkey and spinach as I eat it for a meal 🙂 usually paired with a sweet potato
